The meeting is organized by the Mexican Camp Association and it took place on 8-9 September, 2023, in Malinalco, a beautiful town near Mexico City in a camp site called Camper Club.
There were 45 camp directors from 20 different camps and another other 10 camps participated virtually.
During the three days of the meeting, the participants worked on their annual work plan, and reviewed important topics. The most prominent were:
– mental and psychological health of campers and staff
– how to deal with overprotecting parents
– camp staff training
– accounting and finances and
– the upcoming congress in Spain!
