The Taller Anual de Campamentos (TAC) 2026, hosted by the Asociación Mexicana de Campamentos (AMC), concluded on September 19, 2026, in San Miguel de Allende. Positioned as the premier annual gathering for Mexico’s organized camping sector, this year’s event centered on the core theme “Campamento Seguro” (Safe Camp), emphasizing that operational safety begins with every individual staff member and leader.
The gathering featured special international representation with the attendance of Pablo Casas Alatriste, President-Elect of the International Camping Fellowship (ICF). Throughout the event, camp directors, staff, and outdoor education professionals gathered to exchange best practices through specialized workshops, practical training, and keynote sessions focused on risk management, camper safety, and emergency protocols.
