How do you set the tone? Daniel Casillas, Lulu Fragas, and Ana Paula Perez share the “Mexican Way”— using passion and intentionality to create a culture that lasts.

Featured Panelists

Daniel Casillas is a Mexico City–based business leader and nonprofit advocate serving as Director of Aleya Campamento. He earned his Contador Público degree in Accounting and Business Management from Universidad Panamericana and also studied financial strategy at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. Daniel has held leadership roles including CEO of Wayakin and has worked with Grupo Financiero Banorte and Soñar Despierto Monterrey. He brings financial expertise and a passion for youth development, creating programs that foster leadership, values, and personal growth.

Lulú Fraga is the Founder and camp Director of IKAL campamento de verano, an organization with 30 years of experience designing camp programs focused on leadership and personal development. She creates transformative experiences that strengthen character, resilience, and teamwork in children, youth, and adults. She studied Accounting and Finance at the Tecnológico de Monterrey and has been a yoga teacher for over 13 years. She is a 500 E-RYT and Tier 3 certified teacher through the Baptiste Institute, integrating yoga as a complementary tool for wellbeing and conscious leadership.

Ana Paula Pérez is a Mexican educator and experiential learning advocate, best known as the founder and lead educator of Camp Los Huizaches. The camp originated from her university thesis and has grown into a dynamic educational and recreational project focused on hands-on learning and personal development. Ana Paula manages and directs the initiative, emphasizing values, teamwork, and nature-based experiences. She also represents the organizing company, Laja Aventuras y Campamentos, S. de R.L. de C.V., in participation agreements, ensuring the camp’s mission and operations align with its educational vision.
