The 2025 ACA National Conference, held from February 18–21 in Dallas, TX, was a resounding success for the nine Mongolian delegates representing organizations like the National Association of MongoliaInternational Children’s Complex NairamdalNairamdal-2Nairamdaliin Erdenes CampSansar International Children’s Camp, and Dream Camp.

Their participation showcased Mongolia’s growing role in the global camp community and its dedication to youth development. The conference featured over 150 educational sessions, keynote speakers, and networking opportunities, covering topics like business operations, staff training, youth development, and emerging technologies. Special events, including the Exhibit Hall, networking meetups, and a community service project, further enriched the experience.

During their U.S. visit, the delegation, led by E. Bilguun, Executive Director of Sansar International Children’s Camp, and D. Munkhjargal, Founder, toured the YMCA of the Rockies in Colorado and Cheley Colorado Camps, gaining valuable insights into camp operations, programming, and sustainability. These visits fostered meaningful discussions and culminated in the signing of a cooperation agreement, paving the way for future collaborations.

At the ACA conference, the delegates connected with global camp representatives, explored innovative programs, and discussed future partnerships. These interactions not only deepened their understanding of global camp practices but also opened doors for collaborations that will benefit Mongolia’s youth.

Mongolia’s commitment to youth empowerment is further exemplified by the Nairamdal 2 International Children’s Complex, a state-funded initiative in the breathtaking Khuvsgul region. Announced by Mr. Dorjsuren, Head of Pre-Operation Administration, at the 2025 ACA National Conference in Dallas, this project highlights Mongolia’s dedication to youth development and environmental stewardship.

Nairamdal 2 will accommodate 1,000 children in summer and 500 in winter, offering immersive learning experiences near Khuvsgul Lake, Mongolia’s “Blue Pearl.” Surrounded by pristine forests and majestic mountains, the camp will focus on environmental education, leadership, and resilience, equipping children with the skills to tackle climate change and protect natural resources.

Khuvsgul Lake, holding 70% of Mongolia’s fresh water and revered as a sacred site, provides an ideal setting for fostering environmental awareness and cultural appreciation. Through hands-on conservation efforts and eco-friendly activities, Nairamdal 2 will nurture a generation of responsible global citizens.

Mongolia’s investment in Nairamdal 2 and its active participation in global forums like the ACA National Conference demonstrate its commitment to building a sustainable future through youth empowerment. By equipping children with the skills to navigate environmental challenges, embrace cultural diversity, and lead with integrity, Mongolia is paving the way for a brighter future—not just for its own citizens, but for the world.

As we celebrate this remarkable initiative, we extend our heartfelt appreciation to the Mongolian government for its visionary leadership.
