ICC2026 Congress dates: November 6-10, 2026.
It is advised to arrive on November 6, 2026, at Beijing Airport. Transport from the airport to Thaiwoo resort will be provided by the Congress organizers at a rate of US$30 each way.

You may register yourself, purchase the Gala dinner tickets, and the airport transfer fee in one go. To register any other accompanying persons, you may come back to the registration page and start the registration process separately for each person.
If participants bring their family members to the congress, they will need to pay the same fee as the participants, only if they attend the entire congress.

Accommodation
- All participants are assumed to share a double room in a four-star hotel with one other person for accommodation. When submitting the registration information, you can fill in the name of your roommate.
- If you need to stay in a room alone, you will need to pay an extra room charge of $280 (RMB 2000). The available room types are king-size bed room or double room.
- University student delegates will be arranged in premium four-star youth hostels (with 4-bed or 8-bed rooms).
- For families traveling with children, the hotel offers an extra bed service at an additional charge.

Special Benefits
Super Early Bird Ticket: Priority seating in the first three rows of the main venue, 20% discount on pre-conference training courses, and 20% discount on entertainment consumption for the ticket holder and their family within Thaiwoo Town.
Early Bird Special Ticket: Priority seating in the first 3 to 10 rows of the main venue, 15% discount on pre-conference training courses, and 15% discount on entertainment consumption for the ticket holder and their family within Thaiwoo Town.
Regular Early Bird Ticket: 10% discount on pre-conference training courses, and 10% discount on entertainment consumption for the ticket holder and their family within Taiwoo Town.

The tickets are transferable. This means they may be reassigned to a colleague, friend, or another suitable participant, with the attendee information updated through the Organizing Committee.
Refund and cancellation policy for the Congress fee and Gala dinner:
- Refund requests made on or before December 31, 2025 will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
- Refund requests made on or before February 28, 2026 will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
- Refund requests made on or before May 10, 2026 will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
- Refund requests made between May 11, 2026 and October 20, 2026 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- Refund requests made on or after October 21, 2026 will not be eligible for a refund.
No-shows are not refundable.
